FAQ
Common questions
Do I have to book a full package?

No. You can book a complete package or only the pieces you need, whether that's just timing, just registration, or just video boards. We'll help you pick the options that best fit your event.

Which registration platforms do you use?

We build and manage registration on MileSplit, Athletic.net, RunSignUp, or any other platform you prefer, and post final results when the meet is done.

Should my race use camera or chip timing?

Camera timing suits cross country and smaller races with a single start. Chip timing is better for large fields or phased starts. Combining both gives you instant results with camera accuracy, optional mid-race splits, and built-in redundancy. Tell us about your race and we'll recommend the best fit.

Can results count toward state records?

Yes. Add our ultrasonic wind gauge, which is required for high school state records in sprint events and some field events.

Can you stream our meet live?

Yes. We can stream to YouTube or any RTMP-supported platform, and post full race videos alongside your live results on Athletic.net.

Do you travel outside Ohio?

We're based in Northeast Ohio and serve events throughout Ohio and surrounding states. Wherever your event is, reach out and we'll see if we're a good fit for your event.
